Two major festivals are preparing for this weekend. The 47th Annual Mount Dora Arts Festival will return to the streets of downtown with hundreds of unique vendors.
Additionally, we are starting to see Eustis Georgefest activities return with the annual Georges 5K Race, George’s Chili Cook-Off and the Georgefest Bike Parade on Saturdays.

Mount Dora Art Festival
The 47th Annual Mount Dora Arts Festival will be held Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in downtown Mount Dora. The event will feature artists from across the country, as well as food trucks and entertainment.

Georges 5K Eustis Race
The Course des Georges is in its 7th year and it kicks off a busy month for the City of Eustis. The race will start at Ferran Park, 250 Ferran Park Drive, Eustis, FL 32726, with the course descending to beautiful Lakeshore Drive and then returning to the park.
Proceeds from this 5K will benefit the Eustis Recreation Scholarship Fund, which provides financial assistance to children participating in after-school programs, summer camp programs, and swimming lessons.

George’s Chili Cook-Off
The 7th edition of George’s Chili Cook-off will take place on Saturday at Ferran Park.
Do you have what it takes to make the best chili? If so, get a team together and show them what you’ve got. The top team can win a cash prize of $500.

Georgefest Bike Parade
Does your child love to ride a bike? If so, let them be part of the Georgefest Bike Parade and let them cycle around Ferran Park in Eustis on Saturday at 3 p.m.

Cleaning the shores of Lake Eustis
CleanUp Eustis is hosting their next CleanUp group event and they need your help. Grab your community, neighbor and stranger groups and get off at Ferran Park Shoreline for an hour or two.
They will meet at the bandstand at 9 a.m. on Saturday. The town of Eustis will set up additional trash cans in Ferran Park at Crazy Gators.

First Friday Street Party
The town of Eustis holds its monthly family street party on Fridays from 6-9pm in downtown Eustis. The event will host a wide variety of food, vendors and live music.

First Friday Street Trucks
Enjoy an assortment of food, music, and craft vendors in historic downtown Clermont during their First Friday Food Truck event from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
This event is organized by the Clermont Downtown Partnership (CDP) and sponsored in part by the City of Clermont.
