Wondering how to beat the Meet The People Of The Bazaar objective in Dying Light 2? At the start of Dying Light 2, while waiting for Hakon to call you, you are tasked with “Meeting the Bazaar Dwellers” as part of the “The Only Way Out” quest. If you’re stuck in this first quest section of Techland’s colossal action-adventure game, don’t feel bad: it blocked a lot of new players who weren’t quite sure what the game was about. asked them.

Below we will guide you through an easy solution to pass the Meet The People Of The Bazaar quest task and more interesting Dying Light 2 story quests.

Dying Light 2: How to Complete “Meet the Bazaar People”

Shortly after reaching the city of Villedor in Dying Light 2, your new friend Hakon asks you to wait for his call while he goes looking for a way to access the central loop after the Peacekeepers patrol . In the meantime, you are invited to “Meet the Bazaar People” as part of the story quest, “The Only Way Out”. There are a few people you can climb up and talk to in the Bazaar: using your Survivor Sense, you can find them easily. They are:

  • Lena – on your left by the stairs when entering the Bazaar
  • carlos – on your right when entering the Bazaar
  • Urban – the bartender on the right, just after Carlos
  • Julian – the seller on the right after the bar
  • Ahab – the man leaning against the side of the merchant’s shop
  • Abraham – talks to you when interacting with the wall of missing persons outside the bazaar entrance

However, you will soon discover that even if you talk to everyone, the quest does not progress. Which give?

The answer is simple: to pass the objective “Meet the people of the bazaar”, you must complete some side quests. It can be any side quests you find, although there are two characters that give quests in the bazaar that you should seek out and talk to if you want to progress as quickly as possible.

Talk to Carlos

The first quest giver you find is Carlos, who is leaning against a wooden beam to your right as you enter the bazaar. You can not miss it.

Talk to him and you’ll trigger a very quick side quest called “The Spark Of Invention”, which tasks you with collecting basic materials (which you’ll probably have on you at this point anyway), then help him show of his new electric fence invention. This backfires, but is a nice little introduction to the world of weapon mods, which you can use to upgrade your best guns.

Talk to Julian

Julian is waiting for you just after the bar on the right. Talk to him and you will hear that he apparently accidentally sold poisoned water to another bazaar. He tasks you with finding Marco, Julian’s supplier, and shedding light on the poisoned water problem. This is another small side quest that won’t take you long to complete.

After completing these quests, you should immediately receive a call from Hakon which advances the quest “The Only Way Out” to the next objective. Again, these particular quests don’t have to be completed; these are just nearby quests that you can complete quickly in order to advance the game time to the point where Hakon contacts you again.
